MCT INSTRUCTIONAL SKILLS CERTIFICATION (ISC) COURSE
Organizational Background
Sinerji Egitim is in the
training consultancy business since 1999. We deliver soft skills courses on
more than 40 titles. All of our trainings use the experiential learning model,
which is the most appropriate for adult learning. We train more than 1000 days

TTT Description
Train-The-Trainer (TTT) is
a course for trained IT professionals, already certified in their area of
expertise, who are looking to increase their skill-set by also becoming
approved to present official Microsoft courses. Anyone interested in becoming a
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) must be able to demonstrate their ability to instruct
others successfully in Microsoft technologies. TTT is the general term
describing such a course.
ISC Description
ISC is one of the
certifications accepted by Microsoft, fulfilling the requirements of a TTT
training. Our specially designed ISC course for MCT candidates has the ultimate
goal of raising well-trained instructors who can present any technical or
non-technical content in the best way possible. It is designed as a functional
workshop, mixing the theory elements with practical work. It contains
individual and group performances with peer feedback from all classroom
attendees.
Course Syllabus
Our attendees are
candidates that meet the highest instructional standards adopted by the IT industry,
as well as by Microsoft. By becoming certified instructors, our attendees are
certified to teach Microsoft Official Courseware at all authorized Learning
Partners as well as at acknowledged academic institutions. Specifically, the
MCT Instructional Skills Certification TTT training provides the required knowledge
base on the following subject areas:
-Going through all phases
of designing a training from start to finish
-Facilitating the
improvement of technical skills and aiding the transfer of knowledge
-Providing tools required
to form the basis of instructor’s own teaching style
-Improve the technic used
by the instructor
-Contributing to the
training efficiency and increasing the Return-On-Investment (ROI)
Examination Process
This course
does not require an examination per se. Our experienced trainers use a
pre-defined set of rules to score each attendee’s presentation. The scoring is
not based on content or technical accuracy but rather on the effectiveness of
each attendee’s presentation skills. This is done by measuring their
improvement level before, during, and after the course’s two presentation
workshops. These workshops prove the instructor’s ability to present
effectively to an audience.

What Are Our Differentiators?
Our course has a special

potential MCTs. We have been working with Microsoft on Train-The-Trainer course

What Are the Prerequisites for
Attendance?
There are no prerequisites
for the instructional skills part of this training. Anyone can be a participant
to the corporate version of Train-The-Trainer (TTT). However, in order to apply
for the MCT version of the course (ISC), all candidates need to complete their
technical certification first, as described by Microsoft. Before they register
for the training, candidates are required to present their transcripts.
Therefore, participation on this course depends on prior approval from the
local MCT Regional Lead, who is selected by Microsoft Worldwide Learning (WWL).
Is Online Training
Provided?
During
the pandemic, Sinerji has reorganized its training content so that it can be
used in online classes. Online MCT trainings are planned to support participants
in other countries, too. However, if there is demand, face-to-face training can
always be provided.
How Often Is the Training
Organized?
TTT
trainings from Sinerji are organized on demand. Since our goal is to open at
least four ISC classes for MCTs each year, our schedule is three months at the
maximum. The average waiting time for participants who wish to register is 6-8
weeks. However, if there is a demand for at least four people, a new class is planned
immediately.
How Many Participants
Needed for Training?
Since
workshops are held in groups of two during the training, the minimum number of
participants is determined as four. If there is no demand for four people at
the end of each quarter, the class is opened with the number of registered
participants.
Which Languages Do You
Support?
Sinerji’s
ISC trainings are primarily planned in Turkish. If there is a demand for at
least four people, English classes are also scheduled on request.
Which Regions Do You
Serve?
ISC
trainings organized by Sinerji are primarily attended by participants from
Turkey and Turkish-speaking countries. Turkish-speaking participants can
register for our online classes from any country they are located. Any
trainings scheduled in English are open to everyone who speak English, at least
at intermediate level.
What is the Number of Sessions
per Training?
ISC
trainings for MCTs are planned as 10 sessions spread over 5 days. Six sessions
contain soft-skill content, while 4 sessions cover technical content.

What are the Payment Conditions
of the Training?
The
cost of Sinerji ISC training is EUR 1,180.00 per person including VAT.
Participants who pay early receive a 10% discount. Payment can be made by
credit card or bank transfer. For payments made by credit card, the invoice is issued
to the cardholder.
